Public Notice for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program and Contractors

It is hereby given that the Goals and Conditions of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program are available for public inspection and/or comment. The Department has established a 13.09% annual DBE goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2017-2019. The methodology and specific information about how these goals were established is available for review and comment for 30 days beginning May 18, 2016. Written comments can be sent to the Compliance Programs Office; 1201 Capitol Access Road, Room 305M, Baton Rouge, LA, 70802. These goals were established based on the DBE Program, 49CFR26.
