Westbound and Eastbound I-10 from Veterans Blvd. to Williams Blvd., shoulder closures Monday, March 4^th, 2013 through Saturday, March 9^th, 2013; from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., while crews install landscaping alongside I-10.
