LA 3003 (Rushing Road), from Trails End Road (Home Depot Drive) to Chantulane Avenue, will have single lane closures from 8:00pm to 6:00am nightly beginning Monday, March 3, 2013 through Friday, March 8, 2013 (weather permitting). These lane closures are necessary while crews install new cross drain pipes. One lane of traffic will be maintained using a flagging operation, however, motorists may experience intermittent delays.

This closure will allow vehicles up to 11 feet wide to pass through the construction zone. The road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles and loads will be under permit restrictions. To avoid the construction zone, motorists may take LA 3002 (Range Ave) to LA 1034 (Vincent Rd) to LA 1032 (4-H Club Rd) to LA 3003 (Rushing Rd) as an alternate route.
