Eastbound US 190 at Mississippi River, East Baton Rouge Parish

Eastbound US 190 @ Mississippi River in East Baton Rouge Parish. The outside lane will be closed Wednesday, March 6th, to Thursday, March 7th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. while crews perform an Inspection of the bridge.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles must detour using LA 1 South to I-10 East to I-110 North.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
