UPDATE: LA 12 Westbound at LA 109 is now open to vehicle traffic.

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that LA 12 West is closed at its intersection with LA 109 is closed due to flooding along the Sabine River.
DOTD will issue a notification once the closure is lifted.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
