CHANGES TO GEAUXPASS ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM NOW IN EFFECT

Leeville, LA – January 30, 2024 | The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces payment system changes to the GeauxPass system are effective as of today, January 30, 2024. These changes are part of the back-office toll conversion that was implemented last fall.

GeauxPass users who have previously paid outstanding toll notices using the “Pay my VI/VA” button on the GeauxPass website, or via the Golden Meadow Customer Service Center (CSC), will instead need to contact the Attorney General's office at collectionsinfo@ag.louisiana.gov or by phone at 225-326-6550 or 1-800-423-2129 for payment. This change only affects prior invoices beginning in VI or VA.

New invoices received by customers may be paid by visiting the CSC, calling customer service at 1-866-662-8987, or online anytime at https://pr-ladotd.mroms.us/pay-violations or by visiting www.GeauxPass.com and clicking the “Pay Toll Notices Here” button.

To avoid receiving a toll notice in the future and ensure the lowest possible rate while traveling on LA 1, motorists may open a GeauxPass account online at www.GeauxPass.com or the CSC, located at 1821 Hwy. 3235, Golden Meadow, LA.

For more information about GeauxPass or the LA 1 toll bridge, visit www.GeauxPass.com, call (866) 662-8987, or e-mail customerservice@geauxpass.com.

Call 511, visit 511la.org, or download the Louisiana 511 mobile app for additional information. Out-of-state travelers may call 1-888-ROAD-511 (1-888-762-3511). Motorists may also monitor the LA DOTD website at dotd.la.gov, by selecting MyDOTD, or by visiting the DOTD Facebook and Twitter pages.
