LA 46 (St. Bernard Hwy.) Intersection Closure Saturday for RR Maintenance

St. Bernard Parish, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the intersection of LA 46 (St. Bernard Hwy.) at Center St. will undergo railroad maintenance on Saturday and be closed to the public. Both westbound and eastbound traffic on LA 46 will be detoured between 5 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2023, and 5 a.m., Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Detour:
- Eastbound detour: Poland Ave. to LA 39 (N. Claiborne/W. Judge Perez) to LA 47 (Paris Rd.)
- Westbound detour: LA 47 (Paris Rd.) to LA 39 (W. Judge Perez/N. Claiborne) to Poland Ave.
All work is weather permitting.
