UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 113 from LA 112 to LA 10, Rapides Parish
(UPDATE 8/24/2023 8:00pm): DOTD advises motorists that LA 113 has been REOPENED. Please drive with caution.

Original notification:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, LA 113 from LA 112 to LA 10 in Rapides Parish is CLOSED due to a wildfire.
At this time, we do not have an estimated time for reopening the roadway.
As a reminder, Louisiana is under a statewide burn ban and DOTD is asking the public to avoid actions that could start roadside fires.

Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. ALL vehicles will need to detour.
