UPDATE - REOPENED: I-20 eastbound near Exit 5, Greenwood, Caddo Parish


(UPDATE 12/17/2021): DOTD advises motorists that these repairs are complete and the lane closures were removed as of 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021. We appreciate your patience.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there are alternating lane closures currently in place on I-20 eastbound near Exit 5 in the Town of Greenwood, Caddo Parish.

These lane closures are necessary to allow DOTD crews to perform emergency repairs to an expansion joint on a bridge at this location.

This work is anticipated to last approximately two (2) days, weather permitting.

Motorists should be prepared for some delays through the area, and plan their route accordingly.

Permits/Restrictions: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
