ROAD CLOSURE DUE TO HIGH WATER: LA 456 from LA 470 to CC Road, Rapides Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 456 from LA 470 to CC Road in Lecompte, Rapides Parish is CLOSED due to high water over the roadway.

DOTD reminds motorists that it is unlawful and extremely unsafe to drive around a 'road closed' barricade at any time for any reason.

DOTD will issue notification when the roadway has been reopened.
