DOTD is clearing roadways in impacted areas

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development is cutting and clearing state roadways impacted by Hurricane Ida for emergency personnel.
It is important we keep the roadways clear for emergency responders and to ensure safety as cleanup begins. Driving conditions remain dangerous as many roads are impassable due to debris.
Safety for the citizens of Louisiana and for DOTD staff is the number one concern. DOTD appreciates your patience as we work to clear state roadways.
