BATON ROUGE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises motorists that I-10 eastbound at Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge has two of its three travel lanes open. The Siegen Lane eastbound onramps remain closed. After heavy overnight rain, both directions of I-10 between Siegen Lane and Highland Road were closed due to water flooding the roadway.

  • Plan for more travel time.
  • Leave extra room between vehicles.
  • Always use headlights when windshield wipers are on. It is a law.
