LANE CLOSURES: I-20 westbound near Gibsland, Bienville Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Monday, January 4, 2020, the inside westbound lane on I-20 near the LA 154 interchange at Gibsland (Exit 61) in Bienville Parish will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:00 a.m., and is necessary to allow for repair to the guardrail that was damaged during a crash that occurred on Tuesday, December 29th.
On Tuesday, January 5, 2020, the outside westbound lane will be closed beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. for the same purpose.
Alternate route: N/A
Restrictions/Permits: Lane width will be restricted to 11 feet. Wider loads will need to use an alternate route.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
