UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 151 over Stowe Creek, just east of LA 33, Union Parish
UPDATE (10/21/2020): The LA 151 bridge over Stowe Creek in Union Parish has been REOPENED.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, the LA 151 bridge over Stowe Creek, just east of LA 33 in Union Parish, is CLOSED to through traffic until further notice to allow for necessary repairs to the bridge deck.
DOTD will issue a notification when these repairs are complete and the bridge has been reopened.
Alternate route: Detour signage will be in place.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
