**UPDATE - REOPENED**
LA 478 south of the LA 120 intersection in Natchitoches Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 478 south of the LA 120 intersection in Natchitoches Parish, is NOW REOPENED TO ALL TRAFFIC. The water has receded.
