Lake Charles - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the Lake Charles District office (5827 Highway 90) is open to the public by appointment only due to damages caused by Hurricane Laura. All services will remain fully operational. Customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 337-437-9100.
