St. Landry Parish, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced today that beginning Monday, August 24, construction will begin on a $3.9 million project on U.S. 190 from Bayou Teche to Bayou Courtableau in St. Landry Parish.

The project will include drainage structures, milling of the existing asphalt, pavement patching, asphalt surface treatment, asphaltic concrete overlay, and related work.
