LA 23 (Belle Chasse Highway) lane closure

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces a right lane closure on LA 23 southbound, between Engineer’s Road and X Street on Saturday, March 28 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The closure is necessary as crews conduct boring activity for the future Belle Chasse Bridge, weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be aware of work crews and their equipment.
