Proposal and Contract Submission and Signature Requirements

CCS is accepting electronic submissions of 24-102s. Electronic submissions of 24-102s bearing required signatures must be made by the closing deadline for any given advertisement. If the electronic file is too large to email, it can be submitted as 2 separate files in 2 separate emails or can be provided by some form of large file transfer. The hard copy of originals should arrive by the closing deadline, if possible, or within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. In addition, if electronic submission is not used, the hard copy of your 24-102 must be delivered to the security desk at DOTD by the closing deadline.

ATTENTION CONSULTANT COMMUNITY,

Due to circumstances involving DOTD mitigation for COVID-19 and the recent orders of Governor John Bel Edwards, please submit all consultant proposals via email to Mark Chenevert (mark.chenevert@la.gov), Darhlene Major (darhlene.major@la.gov), Michael Gorbaty (michael.gorbaty@la.gov) and DOTDConsultantAds80@la.gov.

All contract documents (24-102s, Contracts, Task Orders, Supplemental Agreements, etc.) may be signed by electronic signature or by a PDF version of the original signature and emailed to the above addressees. In addition, please submit the original signed document via U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS.

This temporary process will remain in effect until further notification.
