DOTD announces I-10 eastbound lane closures in East Baton Rouge Parish

Baton Rouge- The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be lane closures in East Baton Rouge Parish on I-10 from the Washington St. exit to the LSU lakes beginning Saturday, Feb. 8 from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9. The right and middle lanes on I-10 eastbound will be closed to allow crews to repair a portion of broken concrete on the bridge approaches. The left eastbound lane will remain open for thru traffic.
All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
