UPDATE: This closure is extended to Thursday, May 16. Thank you for your patience.

Exit 115B from US 90 eastbound and the entrance ramp to US 90 eastbound in Broussard, LA, will be closed on Wednesday, May 15, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to install asphalt on US 90 Eastbound Frontage Road.

Traffic wanting to exit US 90 eastbound should use Exit 115A where access to the eastbound Frontage Road will be maintained.

Traffic wanting to access US 90 eastbound will be detoured to the westbound Frontage Road to US 90 westbound where J-turns are provided to US 90 eastbound.

Emergency vehicles will NOT have access to the area.

As part of the Geaux South program, current work underway is related to the $57.1 million design-build project that involves widening US 90 to six-lanes from Albertson Parkway to north of the Ambassador Caffery intersection. The project will also construct an overpass along US 90 above Albertson Parkway, a new railroad overpass and modify the adjacent frontage roads. Work on the project is slated for completion in spring 2019.
