ROADWAY OPEN: I-20 eastbound and westbound in Caddo Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-20 eastbound AND westbound at the Texas state line are OPEN. Please be aware that this area is still in an active construction zone so there are lane restrictions in place related to that work.

DOTD reminds motorists to NEVER drive around 'road closed' barricades at any time for any reason. Also, remember to never drive through standing or running water.
