UPDATE – ROAD CLOSURE: Russell Road in Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, December 24, 2018, the following full closures of Russell Road in Caddo Parish will be required for the pouring of concrete bridge revetments. See below schedule for details.
All of these closures are related to the I-49 Segment K2 project in Shreveport.
