Lafayette, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that Carolyn Drive at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, August 21 at 7 a.m. to Wednesday, August 23 at 7 p.m., weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete drainage upgrades related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Road) project.

The detour route will include Gathright Street and Mathews Boulevard. Detour signs will be posted.
