The Harvey Tunnel (US-90, Jefferson Parish) will be closed in both directions on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, for emergency electrical work from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Alternate Routes: Elevated Westbank Expressway, Lapalco Boulevard, or Fourth Street
