Digital Communication Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions, together with DOTD's content copyright (together, the "Digital Communication Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of DOTD's Digital Communication services. By continuing to access and use DOTD's Digital Communication services you are deemed to have fully understood the Digital Communication information Terms of Use. We encourage you to make yourself aware of these terms and conditions.

DOTD may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the DOTD website page. Your continued use of the service following the posting of a change notice or new agreement shall constitute binding acceptance of the change.

DOTD's Digital Communication service is for personal, noncommercial use. You may not charge or receive any payment (including payment in kind) for enabling access to DOTD's Digital Communication service.

Any use of the Digital Communication service must link directly to the complete relevant DOTD website page, with no intermediate page or content. This page is the sole source of information, whereas the RSS feed is a separate source of information used for news distribution purposes only. You must not edit or otherwise modify any of the content from the feed of the DOTD website page.

Your use of any Digital Communication information on your site must incorporate an attribution (credit) to DOTD in one of the following forms:

  1. "From the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development" or
  2. "This content / article is from the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development".

If DOTD provides a logo in the Digital Communication information, you must use this logo unchanged for attribution.
